About the role

  • Promote and engage cooperative members in the Cooperative’s projects, aiming to ensure the sustainability of the business;
  • Provide support for processes related to PVC and Medical Segmentation, alongside the member services team;
  • Assist in structuring and implementing the phases of PVC and the roll-out of Medical Segmentation;
  • Perform analyses and breakdowns of PVC and Medical Segmentation results;
  • Support the analysis of process and project KPIs for the area and propose solutions;
  • Create, implement, and monitor indicators, ensuring visual management across the entire PVC and Medical Segmentation process;
  • Orchestrate improvement action plans, supporting the operationalization of initiatives and tracking results;
  • Propose and carry out activities related to the Medical Segmentation, Physician Fees, and PVC workstreams, monitoring deadlines and outcomes;
  • Build relationships with cooperative members regarding PVC, proactively approaching members to generate value around PVC and the relationship area’s activities, with support from Segmentation;
  • Work together with other areas to evaluate and monitor the maturity level of processes related to PVC and Medical Segmentation;
  • Support the relationship team whenever needed within the defined scope and responsibilities;
  • Maintain the PVC risk management spreadsheet and its mitigation actions, as well as execute the defined actions.

Requirements

  • Analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is considered a plus;
  • Postgraduate degree preferred (completed or in progress);
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
