About the role
- Monitor, review and propose actions related to strategic and tactical OKRs and KPIs, evaluating results and process effectiveness.
- Analyze opportunities for process improvements, promoting internal optimizations and integration with other areas of the company.
- Guide and support teams in building and refining rules, controls and practices.

Requirements
