About the role
- Analyze clinical data to understand patterns, identify opportunities, and support decision-making related to care rules and parameters;
- Identify opportunities to create new rules and review existing rules, contributing to the improvement of clinical rule workflows and process efficiency;
- Gather, organize and analyze data, structure information, and prepare materials and presentations to support discussions and decisions with leadership and relevant areas;
- Enable the implementation of parameters and business rules in systems, performing maintenance, testing and follow-ups necessary to ensure correct rule functioning;
- Work collaboratively with clinical, medical, operational and information technology teams to design and implement rules that help optimize costs and automate processes;
- Provide internal support to departments regarding rule sets, parameterizations and best practices related to the use of systems and business rules;
- Support managers and strategic areas of Unimed Porto Alegre by organizing and providing information related to processes, rules and parameterizations, contributing to analyses, negotiations and process improvements;
- Monitor area processes through indicators, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities and the evolution of management controls;
- Lead, together with business areas and IT, the alignments necessary for the implementation or revision of business rules;
- Oversee the implementation of initiatives and projects related to the area, following the cooperative's project management stages and practices;
- Periodically review and update the area's standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring organization, standardization and clarity in processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Preferred degrees: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Advantage: Postgraduate degree and knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience in process design and Power BI.
