About the role
- Apply techniques for selecting, handling and analyzing data, as well as building machine learning algorithms and using generative AI (OCR and agents) to improve decision-making across the Cooperative’s areas;
- Provide supporting information to guide strategic business discussions;
- Proactively search for patterns and trends that contribute to better outcomes for the Cooperative and the health of beneficiaries;
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniques;
- Know and adhere to the company’s mission, principles, values, policies and objectives, complying with established rules to help achieve set goals, promote sustainable development and improve service to internal and external customers;
- Ensure compliance with process-related policies to strengthen the organizational culture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields;
- Experience working with data analysis tools and languages, machine learning (R or Python) and generative artificial intelligence;
- Knowledge of and ability to differentiate and apply different types of algorithms;
- Familiarity with SQL and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of GitHub and experience deploying models are considered advantages.
