About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the planning, selection, procurement and implementation of new solutions.
  • Work on implementation projects, assisting with planning activities and monitoring third-party work.
  • Conduct training with the Systems Support team and assist them in analyzing and resolving requests.
  • Distribute information to the area, receiving it by e-mail, printing it and collecting an acknowledgment signature on the document to keep the team informed and help resolve future issues.
  • Analyze the area’s business rules to propose process automation.
  • Provide remote support or on-site assistance (physically at locations) in the case of new implementations or training sessions.
  • Monitor legislation related to health plan operators.
  • Analyze corrections to system parameterizations and operational routines to comply with ANS, Unimed do Brasil and other relevant rules.
  • Perform testing of new system implementations to validate routines with users.
  • Gather information from users to analyze needs and propose solutions, automations and process optimizations.
  • Provide operational training to departments on specific system routines or functions, clarifying users’ questions about changes made, as well as training new employees and supporting them in developing their activities.
  • Audit all processes executed in the department with the aim of developing action plans to improve activities, including suggestions for changes, rollouts, implementation of activities, tasks, processes and manuals.
  • Implement new routines in the various systems used by the Cooperative.
  • Analyze errors and identify opportunities for process improvements, engaging support when necessary.
  • Open technical support tickets and follow up on system incidents when there are errors or needs for process improvements.
  • Monitor system updates through update packages released by third-party vendors; analyze, configure and test new implementations.
  • Gather and prepare specifications for requirements or technological changes that may impact the cooperative’s systems, analyzing the flows and processes related to the change together with the Process Management Department when necessary, aiming to facilitate system execution and assess the feasibility of creating a new system from a global perspective.
  • Develop, implement, operationalize and enable projects defined together with area management according to the needs of the cooperative and internal/external clients, ensuring schedules and targets are met.
  • Identify problems/opportunities related to the processes and projects under your responsibility and propose alternative solutions.
  • Operationalize critical processes and projects under your responsibility, meeting schedules and targets.
  • Keep management informed about actions and activities carried out in the area under your responsibility, reporting any irregularities or suspected fraud.
  • Take care of the equipment, resources and materials under your responsibility and maintain the work environment.
  • Comply with rules, procedures, internal regulations, corporate policies and occupational safety standards inherent to the department.
  • Perform other duties related to the role as directed by the area manager.
