About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, maintain, and evolve the technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, operating systems, backups, devices, and other ICT resources.
Perform technical analyses and support negotiations with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Manage and oversee technology vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Respond to and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
Evaluate and prospect new technologies and tools.
Manage backup and restoration processes.
Administer network security solutions.
Administer databases and monitor their performance.
Develop, implement, and monitor Information Security policies, processes, and controls.
Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks.
Conduct continuous monitoring of vulnerabilities and security events.
Promote and disseminate a culture of information security across the organization.
Drive improvements in operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Desired knowledge: Operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server).
Databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Virtualization of environments (host and storage).
Backup systems.
Communication networks (WAN, LAN, Firewall, Proxy and security).
Structured cabling.
Technical English.
Familiarity with IT governance and security frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27000, NIST.
