About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage benefits by monitoring employee and vendor requests, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and contractual clauses
- Propose and implement improvements to benefits management processes by benchmarking market practices, aiming to reduce operational and bureaucratic work, ensure employee satisfaction, and increase service efficiency
- Calculate benefits on payroll according to employee movements and the current month's billings, ensuring correct processing of deductions and payments
- Provide support to employees regarding personnel administration needs and requests, ensuring high-quality and trustworthy service
- Evaluate potential benefits partnerships by analyzing feasibility, defining rules and policies, conducting negotiations, and operationalizing the implementation process
- Manage and monitor the corporate benefits offering, including life insurance, transportation voucher, meal voucher, food voucher, gym membership, and Christmas gift basket, ensuring employee satisfaction and driving necessary improvements and updates
- Contribute to internal communications related to the company’s benefits package by producing informational materials, bulletins, and engagement campaigns
- Control invoices, payments, contract expirations, and other processes related to the company’s benefits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience managing and implementing benefits
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with internal marketing/employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of personnel administration routines, such as vacations, timekeeping, and occupational health
- Experience with the Apdata payroll system or other payroll systems is a plus
- Experience managing vendors and benefits contracts
