About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to the Unimed System on matters related to regulations from the National Supplementary Health Agency (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar - ANS), the Federal Revenue of Brazil (Receita Federal do Brasil) and other corporate and tax regulatory bodies
- Assist in disseminating positions and supporting evidence produced in forums, committees and seminars
- Support the preparation of economic-financial and accounting analyses, provide technical-professional training support, and assist with the preparation of social reports in coordination with all Unimeds and related areas of Unimed do Brasil
- Collaborate in structuring and organizing committees and meetings within the Unimed System related to accounting
- Provide accounting advisory support to local Unimeds (Singulares), receiving inquiries by phone, email or other channels
- Complete spreadsheets, forms, requests, minutes and other documents for the Accounting Advisory
- Organize department documents, bulletins and communications
- Participate in technical discussion forums
- Support the leadership of the Accounting and Finance Committee
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Accounting (Bachelor's degree in Accounting)
- Systems and software: Microsoft Office suite, accounting and financial systems
- Must be duly registered with the Federal Accounting Council (Conselho Federal de Contabilidade - CFC)
- Experience with the Unimed system (a plus)
