About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the annual budgeting process for the company’s departments
Prepare, distribute and monitor changes, forecasts and revisions (forecast), and analyze actual vs. budget
Support the preparation of monthly reports for managers
Provide support and clarification on budgeting processes
Compile data to construct the Budget Structure
Support the calculation of the company’s economic and financial results
Prepare result assessments by responsibility centers
Support the maintenance of strategic and operational KPI dashboards
Prepare various management reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in Excel for preparing reports and KPIs
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting Standards used in Brazil
Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred)
Knowledge of Cooperative Legislation, ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulatory standards, and tax legislation (preferred)
