About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities, with a focus on performance and strategic alignment
  • Monitor online media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital platforms)
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring consistency with brand positioning, editorial calendar and institutional objectives
  • Support development and curation of digital content (institutional, campaigns, special projects), in partnership with internal teams and agencies
  • Maintain daily interface with the partner agency, monitoring deliverables, deadlines, quality and performance indicators
  • Analyze campaign and digital channel results, reviewing reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Serve as the point of contact for SAC 2.0 (social media customer service)
  • Provide support for digital communication requests within the Unimed System, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and cooperatives' needs
  • Support the operational and strategic routine of the area, ensuring continuity of ongoing projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, especially in: online media / paid traffic; social media (management and planning); digital campaigns and integrated actions; SAC 2.0 and Community Management
  • Knowledge of data analysis and digital metrics (KPIs, reports, dashboards)
  • Experience in managing relationships with agencies and vendors
  • Familiarity with media, social and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics and similar)
  • Experience with creative software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) is a plus
