About the role
- Execute operational routines for Corporate Education
- Schedule training sessions
- Send invitations to the participating employees
- Provide logistical support
- Monitor cohorts during in-company training sessions
- Maintain operational controls for training initiatives
- Support monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Assist with tracking and updating the area’s indicators/metrics
- Provide operational support to managers and employees
- Support internal communication of the area’s programs
- Assist in administering the Scholarship Program
- Conduct selection processes for assistant- and analyst-level positions
- Keep selection process controls and records up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in HR routines, recruitment/selection, training, development and/or people management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
