About the role
- Responsible for administrative support of the occupational health product/service
- Interact with product clients
- Attend to and monitor the operational flow of contracted services
- Prepare workplace safety reports
- Prepare ART (Anotação de Responsabilidade Técnica - Technical Responsibility Annotation)
- Schedule technical trainings and client site visits
- Assist with data formatting and maintenance
- Handle client requests via the SOU Client Portal (Maestro)
- Update and maintain department spreadsheets in an organized manner
- Support the organization of meetings and events
- Send and receive correspondence and contracts
- Format informational materials for the department
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of the SOC tool
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
