About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative service and identify appropriate solutions for prospective clients.
  • Be familiar with products, ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations, and internal policies to finalize sales.
  • Prospect new clients and expand the portfolio, leveraging the cooperative's tools.
  • Analyze potential clients' profiles together with the Qualified Interview team.
  • Register companies and beneficiaries in the system, assessing technical criteria.
  • Manage the portfolio of active clients and address their requests.
  • Represent the department in meetings regarding new legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience selling health insurance plans is a plus
  • Preferably own a vehicle and hold a Category B driver's license
