About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Paid Traffic Management: Plan and monitor the setup and optimization of campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok in coordination with the digital agency.
  • Conversion Strategy: Create/oversee and manage A/B tests of creatives, audiences and landing pages together with the agency to maximize conversion rates (CRO).
  • Budget Management: Control budgets and recommend and direct budget allocation across channels based on ROAS and CPA.
  • Funnel Alignment (Marketing + Sales): Establish a feedback routine with the commercial/sales team to understand lead quality and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor full-funnel KPIs (CPL, conversion rate) and produce reports to guide decision-making.
  • Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor, when applicable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree: Marketing or Advertising;
  • Experience managing high-volume investments in Google, Meta and TikTok Ads;
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager);
  • Ability to structure advanced audience segmentations and remarketing funnels;
  • Knowledge of conversion-focused strategies and CRO techniques;
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as RD Station for lead integration;
  • Knowledge of communication/media channels.
