About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver growth for Unilever within the Club Channel, with ownership of the Deodorant category.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Costco, including assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary liaison for business-related discussions.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Analyze category, customer, and syndicated data to identify business opportunities and actionable insights.
- Conduct reporting, trend analysis, and performance reviews to support decision-making.
- Coordinate annual planning activities and customer business reviews.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Insights, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive trade investment effectiveness and optimize business performance.
- Develop marketing, merchandising, and customer-specific innovation programs that support growth objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the CPG and/or Retail industry.
- Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and Numerator.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex business situations.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing large retail accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Target, or other high-volume customers.
- Experience in Customer Development, Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP), Category Management, or Sales roles.
- Experience managing category performance, customer-specific innovation, exclusive product programs, and P&L responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel analytical skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Experience managing to both internal and external stakeholders.
