About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This role is to be the Global brand manager lead for the Glow & Lovely Global BG team.
  • This role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets like Indonesia.
  • The brand is evolving from the memory of a legacy portfolio to now building itself as a transformation led master brand.
  • Work with R&D, Supply Chain & Finance teams for bringing to life the innovation pipeline and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and help deliver business metrics of turnover, gross margin, and share.
  • Create the comms strategy for the brand and bring it to life across all campaigns based on true consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with R&D to create winning products on core and new innovations to help drive greater loyalty.
  • Create pack designs with design agencies basis consumer insight and trade/channel realities.
  • Interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category, and brand to create and align long-term brand strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Be bold in thought and brave in action.
  • Have a healthy disregard for the status quo.
  • Strong consumer intimacy to unravel true consumer insights.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Monitors progress & takes action.
