About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the definition of a global harmonized process
- Propose process designs on behalf of the GPO
- Identify and drive standardization and simplification opportunities across segments and markets
- Support the Technical KDDs, including technical choices
- Ensure process designs reflect leading practices, are Agentic ready and enable control, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support the design of AI capabilities and data model definition required to enable the implementation of automation, agentic users and other AI solutions in the process area
- Serve as the single point of contact for the process area, bridging business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution within the process domain.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics operations role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading transformation projects and handling process change at big scale is preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, global trade regulations, and related systems (WMS, GTS, ERP such as SAP).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for reporting and analytics.
