About the role
- Assist in coordinating qualitative and quantitative research projects with foodservice operators, including preparing briefs, managing timelines, and liaising with agencies
- Compile and analyze data from multiple sources (consumer, operator, market) to support category and portfolio decisions
- Help transform research findings into clear, concise presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of learning plans aligned with business priorities
- Track and summarize emerging foodservice and consumer trends to inform innovation and marketing strategies
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure insights are embedded in decision-making
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or related field (internship or agency experience preferred)
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods; exposure to FMCG or foodservice is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital research tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
