About the role

  • Lead the definition and implementation of the global Contract Manufacturing strategy for Unilever Prestige
  • Partner with senior Brand, Supply Chain, and R&D leadership to translate brand innovation pipelines into a manufacturing footprint
  • Drive development of the U.S. & International manufacturing strategy
  • Serve as the primary procurement lead for all major CM initiatives
  • Build a strategic supplier base that supports innovation and service reliability
  • Lead and coach the extended team to deliver against annual cost, cash, and service objectives
  • Identify and deliver transformation opportunities across the manufacturing ecosystem
  • Champion collaboration across Prestige brands
  • Represent Prestige Procurement in key business forums

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design and lead global sourcing and manufacturing strategies across diverse product portfolios
  • Deep understanding of external manufacturing models, cost structures, and capacity management
  • Advanced skill in complex contract negotiation, supplier development, and value-engineering programs
  • Strong command of cost modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis
  • Proficient in leveraging digital analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
  • Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Brand organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
  • Comfortable operating within ambiguity
