About the role
- CD Admin provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Development team, ensuring smooth execution of processes, accurate data management, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for CD activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for CD leadership.
- Maintain accurate customer and channel data in relevant systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
- Generate and validate sales reports, promotional trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Support in processing trade claims, promotional spending, and budget tracking.
- Act as a liaison between CD team and other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing).
- Coordinate logistics for CD meetings, training sessions, and customer events.
- Assist in system updates and troubleshooting for CD tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 2–3 years in administrative or support roles, preferably in FMCG or sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Accountability and responsibility in managing tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
