About the role
- Manage a team of sales managers
- Drive regional market share and revenue
- Optimize regional business performance
- Implement the Commercial Policy
- Develop operational action plans
- Build and maintain a network of decision-makers
- Negotiate store expansions and openings.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
- Proven sales/commercial experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English.
