About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and implementation of a Real Estate database establishing a single source of truth
Identify and implement property data solutions and improvements for portfolio management
Proactively manage leases and ensure key lease events and compliance decisions are handled timely
Analyze portfolio data, metrics, industry data, and benchmarks to improve service delivery and efficiency
Inform short- and long-term real estate decisions and proactive asset and property management strategies
Work with Procurement teams to ensure correct portfolio contracts are in place
Develop KPIs and SLAs to monitor and manage real estate consultants
Monitor market trends, planning legislation, and emerging opportunities to inform investment strategies
Provide real estate support across all markets to maximize operational and property portfolio performance
Foster collaboration, ownership, transparency, continuous learning, and professional excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record managing complex, multi-site, mixed-use asset portfolios
Effective decision-making and strong commercial expertise
Strong analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop creative, innovative solutions
Experience managing real estate asset management database projects, including system implementation
Excellent IT skills with cloud-based business and productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams
Experience with project management software and property asset management and information systems
Good understanding of corporate real estate management strategies
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
Skilled negotiator, problem solver, and team player
Fluent English
Additional EU languages are a plus
BSc in Estate Management or equivalent
Ideally MRICS qualified
Minimum 10 years PQE
