About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing the AFAS Profit environment.
- Configuring workflows, authorizations, alerts, and processes.
- Functional management of HRM, Payroll, Finance, and/or Projects modules.
- Translating business requirements into AFAS solutions.
- Supporting and advising end-users.
- Resolving incidents and analyzing bottlenecks.
- Conducting tests for changes and new releases.
- Drafting manuals and providing user training/instructions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- At least 2 years of experience as an AFAS Application Administrator or Functional Administrator.
- Demonstrable knowledge of AFAS Profit.
- Experience with process optimization and user support.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred
- Experience with AFAS HRM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules.
- Knowledge of SQL, data migrations, and reporting.
- Experience within a complex or growing organization.
- AFAS certifications.
