About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct, oversee and coordinate all Talent Acquisition activities across all countries.
- Full‑cycle recruitment for global roles across multiple countries and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, market conditions and interview process.
- Manage shortlisting, interviews, and ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
- Lead offer processes, including feedback alignment, preparation, and offer communication.
- Coordinate onboarding with HR teams.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Develop relationships with high-potential and passive candidates to support future strategic hiring needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics.
- Help develop, document, and improve recruitment processes, ensure consistency across the group.
- Promote a high-quality and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in international recruitment.
- Strong global sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exposure to multicultural and matrix environment.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
