About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement go-to-market engineering plays in collaboration with the GTM team.
Write Python or TypeScript scripts to automate lead enrichment, campaign data pipelines, contact hygiene, and other GTM workflows.
Build and maintain API integrations between CRMs, outbound platforms, data providers, and other tools.
Set up automations that keep outbound processes running without manual effort.
Prototype and productize AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work in high-volume campaigns.
Build self-contained tools or features end-to-end with meaningful ownership.
Help build Unikraft’s commercial motion, including campaigns, funnels, and tooling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Scripting ability in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Comfortable writing code that runs; senior engineering experience is not required.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, including documentation, authentication flows, and debugging responses.
Strong experience with AI and agents, including tools such as Claude Code or opencode.
Basic sysadmin comfort: navigate a terminal, run scripts, and manage a small process independently.
Familiarity with n8n or Cargo is a plus.
Prior experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or a similar technical/commercial hybrid role is a plus.
Ability to work in the Europe/CET ±2 hours time zone.
