About the role

  • Spearhead and manage Business Development activity in London for UniHomes.
  • Build and nurture a client portfolio of letting agents and onboard them to the UniHomes platform.
  • Implement and refine business development strategies tailored to London.
  • Leverage CRM analytics (Salesforce) to track, analyse and optimise sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to align growth strategies.
  • Regularly conduct field sales with a presence in London to win new business.
  • Maintain high standards of account data within CRM to maximise onboarding opportunities.
  • Report on and deliver KPIs to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Serve as escalation point for advertising issues for client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in Business Development, sales, and field sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse market and industry trends to support lead generation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and/or experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and driven by results and hitting targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop skills accordingly.
  • Excellent prioritising skills in a fast-moving market.
  • Must be London-based with Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
