About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
  • Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with teammates to resolve more complex problems.
  • Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
  • Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
  • Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
  • Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new technology.
  • Basic troubleshooting or technical repair experience.
  • Ability to install a 32-inch television on a wall mount.
  • Experience using basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder.
  • Must meet hospital onboarding requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, and COVID-19 vaccination.
