About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, maintain, & optimize the NetSuite ERP platform
Partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions
Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and roles/permissions
Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency
Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite configurations and best practices
Create and maintain custom fields, records, scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes
Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Manage user access, security roles, and system governance
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements
Work with third-party vendors and consultants when required
Maintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements
Stay current on NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration
Hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including revenue arrangements, revenue recognition rules, and reporting required
Working knowledge of SuiteScript development, including the ability to create and modify scripts, workflows, and customizations
Experience with third-party integrations and iPaaS platforms, especially Workato
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and NetSuite-Salesforce integrations
Experience with Salesforce billing and integrating SF Billing into NetSuite, Tableau/Snowflake reporting a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to modify and enhance NetSuite to meet Finance and Accounting business requirements
Strong experience with: SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Financial Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs, Roles and Permissions, SuiteAnalytics, CSV Imports and Data Management
Experience supporting core Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close
Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and independently deliver solutions
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
