About the role
- Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to their inquiries that come in via phone call, email and chat
- Conduct discovery calls with leads and prospective customers. Gather information on current systems, project scope, budget, and decision-making process.
- Prepare the necessary presentation materials for client meetings
- Provide assistance for solution demonstrations
- Draft sales proposals, software quotations, and related documents in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Track progress on assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Create contact cards and keep CRM up to date
- Assist the Sales Manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed
- Prepare discovery call notes, draft proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills
- Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook
- Separate workspace at home that is quiet and private (should be a separate room)
- Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
