Solutions Engineer

• Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations (“D365”) projects including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution.
• Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients.
• Create deliverable examples for other team members including Design documents for complex customizations and report modifications.
• Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• Field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Review design documents for customizations, reports for D365, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members.
• Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• Oversee configuration of D365 for Finance, Project Operations as required.
• Ensure a high-quality solution by providing leadership for testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• Undertake Data mapping, Data migration and data import into D365.
• Lead training for D365 and associated systems to clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members.
• Lead pre-go live cutover and post go live support to clients and manage any issues including escalating to Microsoft for support.
• Provide pre-sales support as required.
• Providing estimations for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work.
• Conduct 2 training sessions at Unify University every year.
• Write 3-4 D365 ERP functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Solutions Architect – D365 ERP

Sales

• Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to their inquiries that come in via phone call, email and chat
• Conduct discovery calls with leads and prospective customers. Gather information on current systems, project scope, budget, and decision-making process.
• Prepare the necessary presentation materials for client meetings
• Provide assistance for solution demonstrations
• Draft sales proposals, software quotations, and related documents in coordination with the Sales Manager
• Track progress on assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Create contact cards and keep CRM up to date
• Assist the Sales Manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed
• Prepare discovery call notes, draft proposals

Sales Coordinator – Part Time

Accountant

• Mainly responsible in maintaining complete and clean records of all projects in Xero
• Coordinates with Project Managers on budget estimate, appropriate revenue recognition and assignment of resources & tasks in accordance to executed client contracts/SOW’s
• Monitors and accounts project status in Xero and updates Backlog Report on a timely basis in accordance to latest project status
• Updates project resources list, reviews & monitors resources’ project timesheets and tracks resources’ billable utilization rate
• Maintains efficient project budget monitoring and actively coordinates status and action items with project managers
• Executes month-end closing tasks in accordance with the timeline
• Monthly reconciliation and variance analysis of revenue and receivables accounts
• Prepares customer invoices in accordance to client’s contracts/SOWs
