Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demo through proposal, procurement, and close.
• Run highly consultative discovery calls to deeply understand quality, compliance, and operations workflows.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and how Unifize can add value.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for engaging with key segments.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $120k and $150k, with a 6x new ARR quota when fully ramped.
• Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.
