About the role

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F,etc.).
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
  • (Preferred but not required) Experience in financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
  • Based in the Philippines / WFH/Remote setup
