About the role
- Analyze and approve estimates/quotations from partner repair shops;
- Verify whether vehicles under maintenance show signs of premature wear and/or damage;
- Review the maintenance history of vehicles;
- Negotiate timelines and pricing for received estimates/quotations;
- Audit and define approval limits for purchase requisitions;
- Reconcile requested services against the maintenance plan defined in the client's contract;
- Review claims documentation: Damage Report and Police Report (Boletim de Ocorrência);
- Prepare dossiers for vehicle damage recovery/charge processes;
- Flag suppliers that do not comply with company procedures to the responsible department;
- Prepare technical and financial performance reports;
- Monitor departmental KPIs;
- Ensure compliance with the area's SLA;
- Maintain a high level of customer relationship and satisfaction with the services provided;
- Track the status of light vehicles undergoing maintenance;
- Identify trends in automotive maintenance and propose innovative solutions;
- Mentor junior analysts, contributing to team development;
- Observe and comply with company-established administrative, operational, maintenance, safety, and environmental management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance processes and practices;
- Familiarity with suppliers and distribution networks for automotive parts and maintenance services;
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel.
