About the role
- Analyze vehicles in FS status, coordinating with suppliers to arrange vehicle pickup;
- Request, track and review vehicle estimates/quotations, working to regularize those pending approval;
- Obtain parts quotes and monitor delivery lead times;
- Monitor claims being handled with insurers, checking status and outstanding issues;
- Monitor cases pending manager approval, ensuring proper process flow;
- Follow up with suppliers regarding the return/delivery of vehicles in service;
- Track and control total and individual costs for the area;
- Prepare and send spreadsheets reporting non-productive vehicles;
- Review documentation submitted by clients and third parties;
- Assess new service requests;
- Check for terms pending manager signature;
- Participate in area follow-up and results meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Experience with automotive estimating/quoting systems;
- Technical knowledge of bodywork, painting and automotive mechanics; experience in claims handling/adjusting in the automotive sector and in damage and auto parts assessment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering solutions to the client.
