About the role
- The Insurance Business Analyst will act as a specialized insurance consultant, providing technical and commercial support to Cooperatives and their members. The role focuses on understanding needs, proposing suitable solutions, and contributing to increased conversion and business sustainability, always with quality, technical precision, and strategic vision;
- Convert opportunities into business;
- Contribute to increasing penetration and diversification of the insurance portfolio;
- Increase members' satisfaction through the consultancy provided;
- Identify opportunities to improve quotation and sales processes;
- Support cooperatives in correctly offering and positioning insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Consultative mindset: ability to understand members' needs and translate them into appropriate solutions
- Clear, didactic communication: ability to explain products and technical concepts objectively
- Results and conversion oriented: goal-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Relationship and partnership: ease in building trust with cooperatives, internal teams and members
- Active listening: understand explicit and implicit demands to offer the best alternative
- Organization and time management: handle a high volume of demands while maintaining quality
- Analytical thinking: ability to compare products, interpret scenarios, and justify recommendations
- Proactivity: anticipate needs and act as a strategic partner to cooperatives
- Knowledge and experience with specialized Insurance/Risk products, such as: Surety Bond (Corporate); Commercial Insurance (Medium/Large Companies); Vessel/Boat Insurance; among others.
