About the role
- Map risks and controls in processes, products and services according to your area of responsibility;
- Analyze and address operational losses and failures, driving continuous improvement;
- Propose and monitor action plans to strengthen controls and reduce risk exposure;
- Develop and monitor operational risk indicators;
- Update internal policies related to operational risk management;
- Monitor regulatory changes applicable to Operational Risk Management;
- Prepare reports, presentations and internal policies related to the area;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the risk management methodology;
- Prepare ad hoc opinions to support the Central Unicred areas and affiliated cooperatives in risk management;
- Promote the dissemination of a risk management culture across the Unicred System.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience with risk management methodologies;
- Knowledge of process mapping tools;
- Familiarity with regulatory standards of the National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical ability and a strategic mindset for problem solving;
- Knowledge of financial products and accounting processes;
- Experience in analyzing, classifying and consolidating losses using the Operational Risk Statement (DRO - CADOC 5050);
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, among others.
