About the role

  • Map risks and controls in processes, products and services according to your area of responsibility;
  • Analyze and address operational losses and failures, driving continuous improvement;
  • Propose and monitor action plans to strengthen controls and reduce risk exposure;
  • Develop and monitor operational risk indicators;
  • Update internal policies related to operational risk management;
  • Monitor regulatory changes applicable to Operational Risk Management;
  • Prepare reports, presentations and internal policies related to the area;
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the risk management methodology;
  • Prepare ad hoc opinions to support the Central Unicred areas and affiliated cooperatives in risk management;
  • Promote the dissemination of a risk management culture across the Unicred System.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience with risk management methodologies;
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools;
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards of the National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical ability and a strategic mindset for problem solving;
  • Knowledge of financial products and accounting processes;
  • Experience in analyzing, classifying and consolidating losses using the Operational Risk Statement (DRO - CADOC 5050);
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, among others.
