About the role

  • Act as a Mid-level Financial Risk Analyst with a focus on market risk, liquidity risk and capital management;
  • Continuously monitor the financial risks of an S4-classified institution, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal limits;
  • Analyze risk indicators, metrics and exposures, contributing to the preparation of management and regulatory reports;
  • Support the development, maintenance and execution of processes related to capital management, stress testing and contingency plans;
  • Contribute to the automation, continuous improvement and standardization of the department's processes, with a focus on efficiency, data quality and traceability;
  • Create, maintain and operate databases, ensuring data consistency, integrity and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics or related fields;
  • Knowledge of market risk, liquidity risk and capital management;
  • Familiarity with prudential rules and regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the National Monetary Council (CMN), especially those applicable to S4 institutions;
  • Understanding of risk indicators, metrics and limits, as well as concepts related to RAS (Risk Appetite Statement), stress testing and capital planning;
  • Experience in structuring, maintaining and analyzing databases;
  • Intermediate Excel skills; desirable knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools for automation and data analysis;
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.
