About the role

  • Propose and support improvements to processes and tools;
  • Participate in internal innovation and institutional development groups;
  • Foster partner relationship practices in accordance with SLAs;
  • Act in accordance with institutional norms, policies and values;
  • Knowledge of the access management discipline: analyze solutions based on standardized procedures and work with moderate guidance;
  • Analyze and respond to support tickets;
  • Automate legacy systems and integrate them into new projects;
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to increase productivity;
  • Implement improvements to access management flows and processes;
  • Facilitate internal team training and keep the knowledge base up to date;
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning/review) and prioritize critical situations;
  • Communicate system failures and delays to the relevant areas;
  • Control and review access matrices;
  • Support periodic access reviews;
  • Work on products and processes from other areas with a focus on identity and access management;
  • Manage individual and team ticket queues according to SLAs.
