About the role

  • Manage calculation spreadsheets, prepare controls and compile data;
  • Conduct research related to credit recovery, configure charts and dynamic, interactive dashboards;
  • Provide high-quality service to cooperative members and cooperatives within the system through available channels;
  • Monitor the credit recovery portfolio and delinquency indicators;
  • Support the development of internal regulations and policies;
  • Contribute to training and instructional materials;
  • Track requests across the credit recovery cycle and monitor service quality;
  • Participate in developing improvements to the credit recovery workflow;
  • Support recovery campaigns and action plans;
  • Operate in compliance with institutional policies, standards and values.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience in credit recovery processes, including analysis of delinquent portfolios, collection strategies and formalizing agreements;
  • Knowledge and skills in multichannel collections (phone calls, WhatsApp Enterprise, email);
  • Experience in vendor management and risk management;
  • Knowledge of products and services offered by financial institutions;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
