About the role

  • Lead operational efficiency, ensuring strong controls, monitoring and documentation of processes, serving as a technical and strategic reference within Unicred’s Product Operations Coordination;
  • Ensure processes are executed within the SLAs defined for each product;
  • Create incident reports in case of failures and engage the appropriate teams for resolution;
  • Resolve or route tickets received by the area via ServiceNow;
  • Maintain and update all operational process documentation;
  • Ensure the team is aligned with the area’s objectives and record activities in the daily checklist;
  • Catalog innovations and improvements in Azure DevOps;
  • Monitor and ensure delivery of OKRs defined with management;
  • Act as a technical reference in product and operations committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automations);
  • Knowledge of T-SQL;
  • Programming logic (intermediate level);
  • Shell Script (intermediate level);
  • Python (intermediate level);
  • Control-M (intermediate level);
  • IT infrastructure (basic level).
