About the role

  • Develop dashboards and digital performance reports, providing visibility and actionable insights for decision-making
  • Support integrations between digital tools so they communicate with each other (e.g., GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer)
  • Create events, conversions, and campaign parameters in web analytics tools
  • Ensure correct implementation of tags and tracking, guaranteeing the quality of collected data
  • Collaborate with Growth and Martech squads to define conversion criteria and key metrics
  • Monitor and audit tracking setups, proposing continuous improvements
  • Maintain good data governance practices and technical documentation
  • Act as the focal point for performance analyses and data troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) and tag management (Google Tag Manager)
  • Knowledge of mobile attribution and tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer
  • Familiarity with digital business metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, funnels)
  • Ability to work with integrations between different marketing and data tools
  • Basic SQL and data manipulation skills for advanced analyses (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data quality
  • Good communication skills to interact with Growth, Martech, and Technology teams
  • Experience with Firebase, Salesforce, or other CRM/automation tools is a plus
