About the role
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of the company's annual budget, ensuring expenditures are aligned with targets by reviewing and adjusting forecasts based on operational needs and market changes.
- Provide strategic support for decision-making by conducting pricing analyses and developing a deep understanding of the business.
- Produce detailed financial reports and strategic presentations for the Board of Directors, including performance analyses and budget variance explanations.
- Drive greater operational efficiency for the team by proposing and implementing process improvements within the department.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy in result analysis during the financial close.
- Develop executive materials for financial and business analyses.
- Participate in alignment meetings and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with other areas of the company (such as Sales, Operations, and IT) to collect relevant financial data, understand the impact of operational decisions, and align strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A or related roles.
- Experience in financial data analysis, pricing, cash flow management, and preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in detailed analysis of financial results (actual vs. budget), identifying variances and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Experience in Financial Planning, analysis and interpretation of results, preparation of financial reports, general accounting and consolidation practices.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, dashboards and reporting) and proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint) to convey complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial consolidation practices.
- Advanced English proficiency.
