Lead, mentor, and develop the Cyber Security team, empowering the team to protect Unico's entire ecosystem and ensuring the achievement of superior results.
Develop and execute the SecOps strategic roadmap, aligning policies, architectures, and procedures with business objectives and the VP.
Coordinate monitoring, detection, and response operations for threats (MDR), including management of the Blue Team and the Incident Response team (CSIRT), optimizing mean time to respond (MTTR).
Take technical leadership and make decisions during security incidents and crises, from forensic analysis to remediation, ensuring minimization of losses and continuous learning (post-mortems).
Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in projects, ensuring the quality of internal processes.
Oversee and evolve critical programs such as Vulnerability Management, Threat Management, Security Automation (SOAR), and Data Loss Prevention.
Serve as the security focal point for the entire organization, influencing project decisions, reviewing contracts, and aligning the budget to ensure strategic success.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Information Technology, with an established and progressive career in Cybersecurity.
Proven experience in leadership roles, with a track record of managing Security Operations (SOC) or cybersecurity teams and delivering medium- to high-complexity projects.
Deep knowledge of security architecture, incident response, forensic analysis, and vulnerability management.
Ability to remove obstacles and anticipate issues, ensuring project execution on time and with high quality.
Hands-on experience with industry frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK) and regulations (LGPD, ISO 27001).
Solid knowledge of risk management, using tools and expertise to make assertive decisions.
