About the role
- Overall functional and disciplinary leadership of the Finance & Accounting department
- Implementation of the reporting requirements of the Stagwell group for all UNICEPTA entities
- Primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, insurers, banks and stakeholders
- Liquidity planning and cash-flow management
- Budget planning and control, forecasting and financial reporting
- Financial management and controlling of the operating companies
- Development of actionable recommendations based on controlling/management accounting results
- Support for the Management Board in planning and implementing the growth strategy
- Preparation of analyses and result presentations for the Management Board
- Project work – commercial and strategic special projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Three to five years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in a private equity environment
- Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong analytical skills and excellent conceptual thinking
- Confident, communicative manner and team player
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
