What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree plus at least 4 years of relevant IT professional experience and at least 2 years in a similar position
At least one internationally recognized intermediate software development certification relevant to the domain or equivalent certification
Proficiency designing and developing data, business logic, and UI/presentation layers
Experience completing at least one full solution lifecycle
At least 2 years of experience with mission-critical complex enterprise systems, including asset and/or human resources management and financial management
Proficiency in UML and application design
Experience working in Scrum environments
Ability to effectively document technical solutions
Ability to lead technical teams
English at B2 level
