About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Logging all relevant incidents, problems, service requests details and allocating categorization, prioritization and urgency.
  • Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
  • Escalating incidents and service requests to 2nd level support teams (systems, network and content collaboration) and informing Service managers when its applicable (Critical/High incidents)
  • Keeping Customer or internal users informed of progress
  • Updating the Knowledge Base
  • Monitoring and updating configuration management
  • Reporting activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience with the below:
  • HW/SW inventory knowledge
  • Familiar with ITIL framework
  • Basic banking knowledge experience
  • Web and mobile banking basic experience
  • End of day banking batch process and monitoring knowledge
  • IT infrastructure basic knowledge
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud Knowledge
  • Availability to work on 24X7 rotating shift (Monday to Sunday including Holidays).
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving
  • Prioritizing incidents, requests, changes and problems
