About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Logging all relevant incidents, problems, service requests details and allocating categorization, prioritization and urgency.
Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
Escalating incidents and service requests to 2nd level support teams (systems, network and content collaboration) and informing Service managers when its applicable (Critical/High incidents)
Keeping Customer or internal users informed of progress
Updating the Knowledge Base
Monitoring and updating configuration management
Reporting activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Working experience with the below:
HW/SW inventory knowledge
Familiar with ITIL framework
Basic banking knowledge experience
Web and mobile banking basic experience
End of day banking batch process and monitoring knowledge
IT infrastructure basic knowledge
Microsoft Azure Cloud Knowledge
Availability to work on 24X7 rotating shift (Monday to Sunday including Holidays).
Fluent in English
Excellent analysis and problem solving
Prioritizing incidents, requests, changes and problems
