Business Operations Support Assistant
Uni SystemsBusiness Operations Support Assistant at Uni Systems providing essential support for core business operations. Responsible for administrative tasks, document preparation, and team coordination in a hybrid workplace.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the Director and team members of the International Business Unit.
- Create and edit documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain the electronic and physical filing systems up-to-date
- Support the review and processing of contracts and other documents within agreed deadlines
- Organize work by routing correspondence and managing paperwork as requested
- Maintain management team’s calendars and effectively arrange and assist with meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Greet colleagues and/or clients and answer or refer inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders
- Contribute to other team tasks and ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
