About the role
- Support the development of an IAM Policy and related Enterprise Directive.
- Advise on the revision of the Institution PKI Management Authority (IPMA) mandate and develop a strategy towards an IAM-focused perspective in support of the Institution Enterprise.
- Support the drafting and implementation of IAM Policy for standard CIS and Cloud-based CIS solutions.
- Support the establishment of an Institution Enterprise IAM Board.
- Support the implementation of IAM-based technical solutions across the Institution Enterprise, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Coordinate and support risk-management activities and analysis in the context of IAM, coordinating plans and activities with relevant stakeholders, and assessing and monitoring related results.
- Lead coordination activities in support of the implementation of specific projects.
- Support the execution of High-Level Risk Analysis (HLRA) to be used in support of risk-informed decisions.
- Assist and contribute to the development and/or updating of the OCIO’s Directives.
- Provide support to various CIS-related activities as directed by the Head of Enterprise Risk Management Section.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at the policy level, particularly in the development and revision of IAM-related Directives.
- Experience in implementing IAM policies for both static CIS and cloud-based CIS solutions.
- Strong experience in deploying IAM technical solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Professional background in Project Management and/or Service Management, with proven ability to coordinate work and activities with both internal and external stakeholders to support service and project delivery within the Institution.
- Significant experience in managing a team in support of project delivery.
- Practical experience in administering a PKI Certification Authority and in auditing or inspecting PKIs (highly desirable).
- Familiarity and experience with cryptography and cryptographic key management (considered an asset).
- An active security clearance at NATO Secret level is mandatory at the time of application.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1).
