About the role
- Follow standard techniques to investigate and analyse the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities
- Contribute to the recommendations for change management plans and actions
- Support implementation and engage with stakeholders under direction
- Collect supplier performance data and investigate problems
- Validate that suppliers' performance is in accordance with contract terms
- Act as a routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers concerning contract management
- Support the collection of contract performance data
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
- Experience in developing contracting vehicles to support dynamic sourcing delivery
- Experience developing Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposals
- Experience with monitoring contractor performance and quality control processes
- Experience with managing contractor and vendor relationships
- Desired certifications: Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP), or Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP)
- Fluent in English (minimum B1 level)
