Follow standard techniques to investigate and analyse the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities
Contribute to the recommendations for change management plans and actions
Support implementation and engage with stakeholders under direction
Collect supplier performance data and investigate problems
Validate that suppliers' performance is in accordance with contract terms
Act as a routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers concerning contract management
Support the collection of contract performance data

Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
Experience in developing contracting vehicles to support dynamic sourcing delivery
Experience developing Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposals
Experience with monitoring contractor performance and quality control processes
Experience with managing contractor and vendor relationships
Desired certifications: Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP), or Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP)
