About the role
- **What will you be doing in this role?**
- - Support the redesign and harmonization of SharePoint sites, including information architecture, content migration, and governance.
- - Gather requirements from stakeholders and coordinate validation of site structures and layouts.
- - Implement and maintain modern SharePoint pages, libraries, and project portals.
- - Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities, including documentation, reporting, and tracking.
- - Maintain project plans, schedules, and resource coordination using standard tools.
- - Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support day-to-day administrative processes.
- - Provide customer-facing support by responding to queries and providing information on services and procedures.
- - Maintain files, records, and documentation, and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- **What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- - Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 3 years of experience.
- - Previous experience with SharePoint.
- - Experience in the use of Microsoft office automation package.
- - Experience in roles requiring to take initiative and a flexible approach.
- - Thorough knowledge of computer-based tools for project planning/control and resource management (like MS Project, Service Now).
- - Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
